International Astronomy Day, also known as World Astronomy Day, is held twice per year. Once in the Spring and again in Autumn. This spring, International Astronomy Day falls on Saturday 15th May 2021. This worldwide event was born in California, and takes place in countries such as England, New Zealand, Finland and Sweden.

The first International Astronomy Day took place in 1973, and has continued to be an event loved by all, allowing anyone with an interest to enjoy the wonders of the sky!

To celebrate International Astronomy Day, we're offering you the chance to win some amazing space themed toys!
