Delivery Information
When will my order be despatched?
All orders placed before midday Monday – Thursday will be despatched within 48-hours.
Orders placed Friday – Sunday will be despatched the following Monday, or the next working day in case of Public Holidays.
Orders should be delivered within 2-4 days, however we cannot be held responsible for the service provided by our carrier which may be affected by unforeseen circumstances.
We make every effort to maintain stock of all items in our warehouse, however shortages may occur. If an item is out of stock we will provide you with our best estimate of expected delivery date.
Will I need to sign for my order?
Your parcel may require a signature upon delivery. If there isn’t anybody available to receive your order when we try to deliver, it will be left in a safe place. You can amend your delivery requirements via the tracking information sent to your email address once your order has been confirmed.
What are the delivery charges?
UK:
The standard delivery charge for orders placed within the UK is £4.95
Orders over £50 inc VAT placed online will automatically qualify for free delivery
Free delivery is applied to offline orders over £50 inc VAT
Rest of World:
We no longer accept payments from outside of the UK on our website. For details on where to buy in other countries please contact our Customer Service team.
